Weekend trips are the glue that keep my life together. After a stressful work week and dealing with people non-stop for what feels like a month, even though it’s just Monday through Friday, there’s nothing else I want to do than escape for just a bit. I’m pretty confident that I am not along in my love for weekend trips.

This quaint mountain town is home to Stowe Mountain Resort but Stowe Vermont isn’t just for the winter. Picturesque Scenery

Coming from the city or a busy suburb, there is something so refreshing about waking up and seeing beautiful mountains fill the skyline or being in the forrest and waking up to images that you thought you could only see in a nature photography book. Stowe, Vermont is beautiful. Simple as that! It’s picturesque scenery can be seen from all directions – whether you are walking around town or took a gondola ride to the top of Mount Mansfield, you will be in awe at how pretty the landscape is.

You shouldn’t be surprised if you see people waking with professional cameras and camera bags just taking pictures of the scenes around them. It’s a pretty normal sight to see – whether you are at top of the mountain or walking down one of the many hiking trails in Stowe, Vermont. If you are planning on coming to Stowe, Vermont for the weekend, it may be worth an investment in a camera to document all the amazing sites.

Hot Yoga Stowe – Maybe you’re looking for a little more active relaxation or just need a good detox. Hot Yoga Stowe has amazing instructors and offers weekly classes that leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

You may hear Stowe, Vermont and instantly think of skiing and snowboarding, but Stowe has so much more to offer when it comes to outdoor activities.

Take a walk on the Stowe Recreation path or maybe a more intense hike to Stowe Pinnacle. If you are thinking about exploring Stowe from a hiking trail, making sure you are properly equipped with Hiking Boots and a Hiking Backpack ( that is filled with plenty of snacks and water ) are necessities!

Change of Pace

Coming to Stowe, Vermont will force you to slow down. Whether you are planning to visit Stowe from a busy city like Boston or New York City or if you’re coming from a surrounding suburb – the hustle and bustle seemingly disappears. A weekend trip to Stowe Vermont is just what the doctor ordered, if you are looking to be in nature and take a step back from the busy life that you live. I can’t recommend a weekend in Stowe, Vermont enough.
