Over the past few years, Cork has solidified itself as a staple in Stowe, Vermont, so much so that they are opening a second retail location in Stowe in 2024! Top Tier Atmosphere
Upon walking inside Cork, you are immediately entering a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you are lucky enough to have dinner at Cork while they have live music, you are in for the ultimate treat. The inviting dining space has ample seating, but at the same time makes each table seem semi-private. Not to mention the amazing servers and bar staff who seem to go out of their way every time to make your meal perfect. It is honestly very difficult to think of something off about the atmosphere at Cork. If you’re looking for a new meal with friends or even a bachelorette or birthday party in Stowe, Cork is a must-visit restaurant for you and your group!
Fantastic Pasta Dishes
All of Cork’s food is top notch – like their Kale Caesar Salad and Sweet Potato Croquettes, but their pasta is *chef’s kiss.*. There’s few statements to describe Cork’s pasta dishes that don’t include”the best I’ve had,” “fresh,” and “absolutely incredible.” The last time I was at Cork, I believe my friend’s and I finished our meals in under 10 minutes because we could not stop. The past is so fresh and cooked to the perfect texture.
Natural Wine!
At the end of the day, Cork is a Natural Wine Bar. They have such a wide select of Natural Wines and have great deals on bottles as well. You can try out different types of wine with your meal and even take home a bottle of your favorite to have at another time. The retail display they have is so adorable too! I personally like to look through the selection of Natural Wines every time I visit.
Central Location
Cork is located at 35 School Street in Stowe, Vermont. Although it is on a side road in Stowe Center, it is still a very central location! Parking can be tough directly in front of the location, but there are some public parking lots that are not too far. Plus that just means you get to walk through the adorable town of Stowe before you have your incredible dinner! If you are looking to continue your night after finishing your meal and wine at Cork, you can walk down the street to several great spots – including Lower Bar – in Stowe Center
