Life in your 30s is amazing but it does come with it’s challenges and stresses. It is very easy to let yourself and your self care slip through the cracks in your 30s.
Between pursuing your career, maybe changing careers, balancing weekends full of plans to see family and friends, saving time for your hobbies – just trying to find some time to breathe and spend for yourself can be few and far between.
We typically tend to neglect ourselves first and let me be the first to tell you that you matter and you should be putting yourself first, especially in your 30s.
